Home Articles Costumed bikers deliver Easter eggs to Ingleby residents
EASTER bunnies, a gorilla, a beefeater Yeoman Warder and even Iron Man dropped into an Ingleby Barwick care home to delivery eggs to the elderly.
The Boundary 500 Motorcycle Group donned costumes to make their Easter rounds in the Stockton-on-Tees area this year.
Ingleby Care Home, on Lamb Lane, welcomed the eclectic mix of costumed characters, who entertained residents and staff during their visit.
The group also visited Mandale House Care Home, on Acklam Road, Thornaby, to gift chocolate treats and make Easter Sunday extra-special.
Carol Singleton, home manager at Ingleby Care Home, said: “The Boundary 500 group visit the care home every year with Easter treats for the residents.
“It’s always an entertaining visit for everyone when they’re here and this year was no different. Our residents and staff all had great fun and we can’t thank them enough for dropping by.”
