At Hazelgrove Court, life is about connection, independence, and joy. 

Our dedicated team provides residential, nursing, dementia, and end-of-life care, as well as short-term respite stays, supporting each person to live life their way. Every resident has an individualised care plan created in partnership with families, helping us understand what really matters to them.

Each day at Hazelgrove brings opportunities to connect and create memories — whether that’s sharing laughter over coffee in the garden, enjoying a gentle exercise class, or joining one of our creative sessions. Our seasonal menus, prepared fresh in-house, reflect residents’ tastes and favourite dishes, while our bright lounges and peaceful gardens offer space to relax and socialise.

We’re also proud to hold Veteran Friendly Framework accreditation, recognising our commitment to supporting those who have served in the armed forces with understanding and respect for their unique experiences.
